Rose City Park, also called Rose City and Roseway Heights, is not surprisingly named after Rose City Park. Shaped roughly like a triangle, this Northeast neighborhood’s borders are popular thoroughfares and mass transit lines that make getting to and from Rose City fairly easy.
Tree-lined streets and quintessential Portland bungalows abound. People not only flock to this sometimes funky neighborhood for its charm but also the loads of walkable businesses and restaurants.
Rose City Park isn’t the only patch of green in this fairly small neighborhood – you’ll also find Frazer Park, Normandale Park, and the hidden gem, the Rose City Golf Course.
